Helen Jean Cunningham, 91, Raymore, MO passed away April 17, 2019. Committal services at Mt. Olivet Mausoleum will be private.
Helen was born March 26, 1928 in Vermillion, KS and graduated from East High School. She was a dental hygienist and worked for Dr. Bishop and Dr. Follmer for many years before she retired in 1990. She was a past President of the Kansas City Dental Hygienists Association and a member of Beta Sigma Phi sorority. She enjoyed reading murder mysteries, crocheting, solving puzzles and was such a big Royals fan that she kept a scrapbook.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband H.D. Cunningham and brothers Robert Beebe and Harold Beebe. She is survived by son Leland Cunningham and wife Mary; daughter Sandra Tansil and husband Thomas; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
