Mike D. Curry, Independence, MO passed away Friday, August 10, 2012.
Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at Speaks Suburban Chapel; 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mike was born November 21, 1952 in Independence, MO the son of Robert and Betty (Reeves) Curry. He graduated in 1997 from St. Luke’s School of Nursing. Mike had worked for Truman Medical Center and Bethany Hospital as a E.R. Nurse. He was recently employed with Cerner Corporation as a software designer. Mike served as past president of the Missouri Emergency Nurses Association and attended the Summit Assembly of God Church. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife Trisha Curry; daughters, Kristi Costanzo and husband Tony, Erin Fields and husband James, Ashley Curry, Amber Williams, Arrin Brunts, and Jessica Gearhart; grandchildren, Domenic, Nathaniel, Adriana, Ryleigh, Isabella, Maximus, Nareena, and Kamrin; brothers, Mark Curry and Marlan Curry; step brother David; step sister Debbie and numerous nieces, nephews and family.
