Melvin Ray Daniels, 91, lost his battle on Dec. 10, 2014. He was born on March 2, 1923. A visitation will be held on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014, from 9-11am, at Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave, Indep., MO 64052. Ray is preceded in death by one son. He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Sybol; 6 children; 15 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
