Franklin C. "Frank" Davis

Franklin C. Davis, 63 passed away Friday, March 19, 2021 at his home in Bettendorf, IA. He was born December 1, 1957 in Independence, MO. Frank was the Historic Preservation Officer in Independence for several years, which is a great achievement for him. He then moved to become a Planning and Zoning Officer along with being a Sales and Marketing Manager. After 7 years of retirement, he then moved to Bettendorf, IA and worked as an Architectural Conservator since November 2020. He proudly served in the US Marine Corps from 1976-79. Survivors include a brother, Fred W. Davis of Lee’s Summit and a sister, Laura E. Davis of Independence, MO. He was preceded in death by his father, Howard C. Davis and his mother, Jacquelen J.
