Nathan L. Davis, 25, passed away Nov. 11, 2011. Services will be 2 pm, Friday, Nov. 18 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055; interment at Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 6 – 8 pm, Thursday at the chapel.
Nate was born May 5, 1986. He graduated from Northeast High School. He worked at Spicer’s Paper Company. He was a member of the Eastside Baptist Church and was a huge Chiefs fan.
Nate was preceded in death by his father Samuel Davis. He is survived by his wife Dana R. Davis; son Samuel Ray Davis; step-daughter Alexis Bennetzen, all of the home; mother Elizabeth Lawrence, St. Joseph, MO; step-mother Cheryl Prince, Independence, MO; brothers Steven Davis, CA; Barry Davis and wife Rashida, Independence, MO; Joseph Davis and wife Lewelyn, CA; sister Christina Osborn, Kansas City, MO; father and mother-in-law, Raymond & Rhonda Whitaker, Independence, MO.
