Richard F. Delarber, 73, of Kansas City, MO went to his eternal home Sunday, June 21, 2020 at 2:47 p.m. A visitation will be held from 9-10:00 a.m. followed by a 10:00 a.m. service on Friday, June 26, at Central Assembly of God, 1009 W 23rd St., Independence MO. Burial will be at Mt. Washington Cemetery. Richard was born October 15, 1946 to Ruth Emma Delarber and George H Delarber in Kansas City MO. He married the love of his life on March 18, 1966 and was married 54 years and 2 months. He served in the air force. He retired from the commercial printing business on Dec 21, 2001 after 30+ years. He was a very hard worker and provided well for his family. A few years after he retired he started working part time at Manheim as a shuttle driver. Even though his job was hard and he worked many hours he always made time for his family. He was involved in boy scouts with Rich as a scout master and later on joined the tribe of the Mic-O-say. He attended all the sports activities and school activities that he possibly could for Angie, Rich, and Gina. He was a member of Central Assembly of God. He was preceded in death by his dad George H Delarber, Mother Ruth E Delarber, 1st child Shelley, 1st grandchild Marcus Ingrassia. His brother George and sister Dorothy. He is survived by his loving wife Vivian of 54 years, 3 children, Angie Sartain (Danny), Rich Delarber (Shawna), Gina Crowe (Tim), 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
