Aaron Michael Denham, 49 of Independence, MO passed away Friday, September 16, 2022 at Centerpoint Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 26, 2022 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Cremation to follow services. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m., Sunday evening at the chapel. Donations may be made in his name to the “Independence Youth Court.” Aaron was born August 20, 1973 in Kansas City, KS to Herbert Morton and Delores June (Anderson) Denham and has been a lifelong area resident. He had worked from a young age as a HVAC technician and later achieved his Certified Master Mechanical license in HVAC. He had most recently worked for Newmark Zimmer Inc. as a Building Engineer. He enjoyed cooking, barbecuing, automotive repair, playing music and most of all spending time with his family. He was a true family man. He is survived by; his wife, Stacy Denham of the home; a daughter, Myia Denham of the home; a prior foster daughter, Lisette Avila and her twin sons of Belton, MO; his mother, Delores Denham of Nixa, MO; 10 siblings, Linda Denham-Holman of Waynesville, MO, Kenneth Heiman and wife Christina of Wake Forest NC, Timothy Heiman and wife Cynthia of Madison, AL, Christine Gilmer of West Monroe, LA, Vic Heiman and wife Sherri of Lee’s Summit, MO, Mark Denham and wife Michelle of Basehor, KS, Mathew Denham and wife Ashley of Cherokee, KS, Jeremy Denham and wife Krystal of Lawrence, KS, James Denham and wife Brandi of Lenore, TN and Amanda Petrosino and husband Robert of Nixa, MO; his mother and father-in-law, Richard and Rita Toedebusch of Grain Valley, MO; and 2 sisters-in-law, Michelle Modereger and husband Brian of DeSoto, KS and Julie Frazier and husband Jeffrey of Buckner, MO.
