Lynn C. Dennison

Lynn C. Dennison, 93 of Independence, MO passed away Tuesday July 27, 2004 at Research Medical Center. Cremation. Private burial in Colorado. Contributions may be made to the charity of choice. Lynn was born June 29, 1911 in Denver Colorado and had moved to Independence in 1987 to be near family. Mr. Dennison served in England during WWII in the 8th Air Corps as a tech Sgt. He was awarded the European African Middle Eastern Service Medal; Soldier�s Medal; Good Conduct Medal and the Distinguished Unit Citation. His greatest enjoyments in life were traveling, reading and his coin collections. Mr. Dennison is survived by his daughter Betty Perkins, grandson Gregg Wilkinson and wife Leanne; granddaughter Marsha Jeffers, great-granddaughter Laura Wilkinson, brothers Hugh Dennison of Lakewood, CO; Oran Dennison of Sun City, AZ; and a host of nieces and nephews. Lynn was preceded in death by his wife Olive Dennison; grandson Lynn Wilkinson; brothers Dean, Neal, Paul and Ross.
