Sally Ann Devine (Clark)

Sally Ann Devine, of Independence, Missouri, passed away Saturday, August 21, 2021. She was 82 years old.

Sally was born October 10, 1938 in Des Moines, Iowa to Robert Clark and Iola Howlett. After graduation, Sally did clerical work and while doing so met the love of her life Frank Devine, Jr. and they married October 9, 1970. After moving to the Independence area Sally continued working in an administrative role at various medical buildings before retiring in 2003. Sally enjoyed shopping at estate sales and putting together crafts. Most of all, Sally loved her family, and she will be greatly missed.

Sally is survived by her husband of 50 years, Frank Devine, Jr.; sister in law, Betty (Jim) Kirby; brother in law Dave (Janet) Devine; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert M. and Iola J. (Howlett) Clark; and her sister, Sue.
