Ethel Harriett Dimoush, 95 of Independence, MO passed away, Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Wilshire and Lakewood. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church 611 N. Liberty St., Independence, MO 64050 with burial to follow in the St. Mary’s Cemetery section of Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m., until service time Wednesday at the church. Ethel was born October 15, 1917 in Opheim, MT to Chester and Leta (McElwain) Crowl. She moved to Independence at a young age and graduated from William Chrisman High School in 1935 and had attended CMSU. She was a beloved wife, mother, and homemaker who enjoyed gardening, fishing and ceramics. She had worked as a secretary and bookkeeper. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and the Altar and Rosary Society at the church and the F.O. E in Independence. She was married to Harold A. Dimoush who preceded her in death in 1974. Survivors include; a daughter, Judith Caronia and husband Pete of Independence, MO; a son, Harold Daniel Dimoush and his wife Patricia of Poplar Bluff, MO; 4 grandchildren, Jodi Arnold and husband Todd, Nikki Senn and her husband Kurt, Lori Wyatt and her husband Mike and Christy Dye and her husband Dion and 2 great grandchildren, Matthew Arnold and Tyler Dye.
