Gretchen Ann Dugan

Gretchen Ann Dugan, 78 of Independence, MO passed away Friday, August 14, 2020. Cremation is planned with a memorial service at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Gretchen was born May 23, 1942 in Michigan and had worked for a number of years for the Internal Revenue Service in Kansas City. She enjoyed dancing, laughing, theater, and collecting Hummingbirds. She belonged to Parents Without Partners and the Moose Lodge #2131. Survivors include; a son, Paul Canter of Independence, MO and 2 daughters, Marci Useche of Kansas City, MO and Susan Taylor of Glen Allen, VA.
