Joan Duly

Joan Duly, 79, of Independence, MO passed December 18, 2014. A visitation will be held from 9-10:00 a.m. followed by a 10:00 a.m. service on Tuesday, December 23, at the Carson-Speaks Chapel. Burial at Oakland Cemetery. Joan was born March 10, 1935 to James and Hazel (Hall) Drake. She worked for 31 years for the U.S. Treasury Department. Joan is survived by her loving husband, Daniel Duly; daughter, Pamela Ford and husband Michael; granddaughter, Michaela Ford; and two brothers, Dwain and Don Drake.
