Anna M. Dumsky (Aka Dumsey)

Anna M. Dumsey, 93 of Independence, MO, formerly of Sugar Creek, MO passed away Thu. Sep. 25, 2003 at the rosewood Health Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, Sep 29, 2003 at St. Cyril�s Catholic Church, Sugar Creek, MO. Burial in Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm Sunday at the George C. Carson & Sons Funeral Home, with the Rosary being said at 7:00 p.m. Contributions are suggested to the Alzheimer�s Association. Mrs. Dumsey was born on Nov. 1, 1909 to Lawrence and Mary Clemens in Kansas City, KS and had lived in Chesterfield, MO and Jennings, MO before moving back to this area earlier this year. She was a member of St. Cyrils Catholic Church and was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Mrs. Dumsey was preceded in death by her husband, Peter A. Dumsey in 1983. She is survived by two sons, James E. Dumsky and wife, Teresa of Sugar Creek, MO and Lawrence E. Dumsey of Chesterfield, MO. Two sisters, Rose M. Padgett of Shawnee, KS and Mary H. Rush of Sugar Creek, MO. A sister-in-law, Marion Clemens of Castle Rock, CO. Six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
