Victor D. Duncan, 81, Independence, MO passed away Dec. 23, 2015. Cremation. No services are planned. The family requests contributions to the Great Plains SPCA, 21001 MO-78, Independence, MO 64057. Victor was born in Weiner, AR on March 24, 1934. He worked at Armco Steel from 1966 until he retired in 1996. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. He is survived by his wife of thirty-one years Amy Lee Duncan, of the home; sons Victor R. Duncan and wife Melissa; Perry Dennis Duncan, all of Independence, MO; sister Ruth Cox and husband Ray, Buckner, MO; step-son Brad Teter, Independence, MO; grandchildren Jacob, Hannah, Cassie, Daniel, Jeremy, Jason, Randa and Amy and many other family members.
