Marian Dyke

Marian P. Dyke, 64, Buckner MO, died Monday, September 29, 2003, at the Regency Care Center. Services will be 10:00 am Thursday at the First Baptist Church in Buckner; burial in Price�s Branch Cemetery, near Montgomery City, MO. Visitation will be 7-8:30 pm Wednesday at the Speaks Buckner Chapel. The family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society, or the American Diabetes Foundation. Marian was born January 1, 1939, to Henry and Cecil Jenkins, in Shubert NE. She had lived in the Buckner area for 3 years. She loved classic Country and Western music and spending time with her family and kids. She belonged to the First Baptist Church of Buckner. Marian is survived by her step-daughter, Denise Porter and her husband Dale, Buckner MO; 4 grandchildren, Heather, Joshua, Megan, and Charley; a great-grandchild, Jersey; 2 brothers, Henry Barker, Las Vegas NV, and Franklin Barker, Portage MI; and many other loving relatives and friends.
