Ruth E. Dyke

Ruth E. Dyke, 91, of Independence, MO passed away Monday, February 9, 2004 at Independence Regional Health Center. Services will be 10 am Friday, February 13th at Speaks Suburban Chapel; with interment in Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 7 to 8:30 pm at the Chapel. Ruth was born April 4, 1912 in Skytook, OK. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gus G. Dyke; and brothers, Clyde, Claude, and Eddie Baker. Ruth is survived by her son, Don Waddell and wife Dorothy of Independence, MO; grandchildren and spouses, Vicky and Tom Hill, Don and Mary Waddell, and David Waddell; great granddaughters ad spouses, Shawna and Jeff Blackman, Amanda and Stephan Raddatz, Dawn and Ryan Cook, Beth Leann Waddell, and Laura Hill; great great grandchildren, Andrew, Hannah and Elizabeth Blackman, and Ashton Cook.
