Burial in Floral Hills Cemetery. Mrs. Elliott was born on Jul 17, 1911 to James Marion and Isabel (Alford) Reid. She had lived in the Kansas City area most of her life. She had been a Beauty Operator in this are for many years and was a member of the Rockwood Baptist Church. Mrs. Elliott was preceded in death by husband Fred Elliott, her parents, six brother, Robert of Merceded, TX; Jasper of DeQueen, AR; Matthew and Thomas of Tahoka, TX; Wade of Dierks, AR; Theodore of DeQueen, AR. Four sisters, Lara McClure of Shallow Water, TX; Del Little and Delia Stanley of Heavener, OK and Dove Phillips of DeQueen, AR. She is survived by her guardian and nephew James Reid of Forman, AR and numerous nephews and nieces and a host of friends in the Kansas City area.
