Lisa L. Erter (Ward)

Lisa L. Erter, 60, Blue Springs, MO passed away Jan. 20, 2019. Memorial services will be at 10:00 am, Thursday, Jan. 31 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055; cremation.
Lisa was born April 30, 1958 in Rich Hill, MO. She graduated from William Chrisman High School in the Class of 1976. She had worked at K.U. Medical Center as an administrative assistant for over fifteen years. She was a member of Eastgate Christian Church and sang in the choir. She volunteered at Spay & Neuter KC and sang in the Raytown Community Chorus. She enjoyed attending her son Brandon’s baseball games and was a Royals fan who attended games 2, 6 & 7 of the 1985 World Series. Lisa survived thirteen years after a double cancer diagnosis in 2006 and a recurrence in 2014.
Lisa was preceded in death by granddaughter Avery. She is survived by son Brandon Erter and wife Melanie, Blue Springs, MO; grandchildren Angelo, Payton, Judsyn and Ellington and husband Earl Erter, Jr.
