Patricia Ann Espino

Patricia Ann Espino, 59, of Kansas City, KS, passed away, Tuesday, December 2, 2003 at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday at the Speaks Suburban Chapel Independence, MO. Cremation Is planned. Patricia was born September 6, 1944 in Independence, MO to John and Merle Sarah (Hoerning) Matzl. She worked as a CMT for The Green�s at Creekside Care Center in Kansas City, MO since August of 2003, prior to that she worked 10 years for John Knox Village. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Independence, MO. She was married to Anthony R. Espino in January of 1984, he survives of the home. Other survivors include; a son, Chris Starr of Excelsior Springs, MO; a daughter, Kerrie Rhoads of Independence, MO; 6 grandchildren, Kenneth L. Starr, Samantha N. Starr of Excelsior Springs, MO, Zachary Rhoads of Independence, MO, Brian Ross Kelling, Bryce Kelling and Samantha Kelling all of Fairmont, TX.
