Mary Helen Fisher (Ronspiez)

Mary Helen (Aunt Mary) Fisher, 85, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri passed away peacefully at her home with family by her side on Wednesday, March 30, 2022. Mary was born to Clarence and Agnes Ronspiez in Bahner, Missouri on September 24, 1936.
Mary was an only child and always dreamt of a family of her own. She met Jewell Fisher at a young age, they were married and spent the next 64 years creating memories together. From that union came four children. Mary was a homemaker most of her life. She loved children and would never hesitate to take in others to care for as well. Mary and Jewell enjoyed the sounds of Bluegrass music and would travel locally to watch bands play. She enjoyed playing cards, wordsearches and traveling in general. Her kind spirit, warm smile and sweet personality will be truly missed.
Mary is survived by her sons, James Fisher (Sheila), Joseph Fisher; daughter, Julie Bunnell (Brad); grandchildren, Mary Williams (Andy), Steven Dye (Cortney), Caleb Fisher, James Fisher, Alan Fisher and 8 great grandchildren.
Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jewell Fisher and son, Kenneth “Squeaky” Fisher.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 7th from 1-2pm with a memorial service to follow at Speaks Suburban Chapel in Independence, Missouri.
