Marla Flaherty

Marla R. Flaherty, 43, of Urich, MO, passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2003 at the Nebraska Health System (Hospital). Services will be 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 17 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, Independence, MO. The Visitation will be on Monday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the chapel. Contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Liver Foundation Missouri Chapter. Marla was born on December 2, 1959 in Independence to Wayne and Marise Sallee. She was a member of the Mission Woods Community of Christ Church. She is survived by her husband, Vince Flaherty; one son, Ethan Flaherty; parents, Wayne and Marise Sallee; two sisters, Linda Flaherty and Laura Sallee; one step-daughter, Karen Flaherty; one stepson, Jason Flaherty; and two grandsons, Nicholas and Devon Flaherty.
