Skylar Jo Fleming, infant daughter of Joe and Stephanie Fleming passed away on Monday, December 27th at Children�s Mercy Hospital. Services will be 2:00 pm Friday, December 31st at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Burial in Blue Springs Cemetery. Skylar was born October 14, 2004 in Kansas City, MO to Joe and Stephanie (Steuart) Fleming. She is survived by her maternal grandparents Ken and Sharon Steuart; paternal grandmother Pat Campbell; paternal step-grandmother Patricia Brewer; maternal great-grandmother Esther Schletzbaum; paternal great-grandmother Evelyn Steuart; aunt Lindsey Steuart, aunt and uncle Anita and Mike Conrady, uncles Thomas Hatcher and Levi Fleming; cousin Cinnamon Fleming and special family friends David Mena and Le Roy Bryan.
