David Scott Ford

David Ford, 48, of Kansas City, MO passed away December 15, 2015. A Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Carson-Speaks Chapel 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO, 64052. A visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m., Friday, December 18, 2015 at the chapel. David was born April 12, 1967 in Kansas City, MO. He loved music, especially playing the drums. David will be remembered for his big heart and always willing to do anything for anyone. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Margie Ford and by his brother Robert Michael Ford. He is survived by his wife Lisa of the home; sons, Jacob Ford of Aurora, MO; David Ford of Grandview, MO; and Luke Ford of Arizona; stepdaughters, Katie Holman of Kansas City, MO; Alyssa Masoner of Kansas City, MO; brother, Dennis Ford and wife Kathy of Raytown, MO; sister, Connie French and husband Richard of Independence, MO; grandchildren, Wyatt, Leelou, Kason, and Patyn.
