Talon Lee Fortin

Talon Lee Fortin, 11 of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away Sunday, September 26, 2021 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 2, 2021 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Burial will follow in Floral Hills East Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 5 to 8:00 p.m., Friday evening at the chapel. Talon was born December 8, 2009 in Independence, MO to Jeff and Ashley (Lobner) Fortin. Talon was currently in the 6th grade at Sunset Valley Elementary School. He loved playing baseball and was a fierce catcher. He could tell you any detail you wanted to know about fast cars. He loved being outside in nature, catching lizards, fishing, biking and skate boarding. Talon was also mom’s Mr. Fix-it, he knew how to work every tool and could figure out how to fix anything! He had the biggest heart and loved his doggies (Roxy and Stanley) more than anything! He is survived by; his parents, Ashley Fortin of Lee’s Summit and Jeff Fortin of Lee’s Summit; a brother, Skylor Fortin and a sister, Adeline Fortin both of the home; his grandparents, Ron and Debbie Millican of Lee’s Summit, Dan and Vicki Boley of Warsaw, MO and Michael Fortin of Lee’s Summit and a great grandfather, Duane Fortin of Lee’s Summit.
