Beverly Francka

Beverly Kay Francka, 65, Lee’s Summit, MO passed away Sept. 15, 2013. Funeral Mass will be held at 11 am, Friday, Sept. 20 at Our Lady of the Presentation Catholic Church, 130 N.W. Murray Rd., Lee’s Summit, MO 64081; cremation. Visitation will begin at 10 am before the service at the church. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to St. Cecilia’s Guild c/o Our Lady of the Presentation, 130 N.W. Murray Rd., Lee’s Summit, MO 64081. Beverly was born Nov. 4, 1947 in Independence, MO and graduated from Lee’s Summit High School. She worked for the I.R.S. for over twenty-two years and retired in 2002. She was a member for the church for nearly fifty years and was a member of the choir, served as a lector, communion minister and took part in marriage encounters. She had a bright sense of humor, enjoyed playing cards, cooking and most of all loved her family and grandchildren. Beverly is survived by her husband of forty-seven years Bill Francka; daughters Rhonda Francka; Debra Francka; Kimberly Cornelius; Kristin Hughes; all of the home; sisters Gloria Holmes and husband Roy, Raytown, MO; Shirley Bullard and husband Howard, Warrensburg, MO; Wanda Moulton and husband Jerry, Louisburg, W. VA and seven grandchildren.
