Cassandra Franco

Cassandra Franco, 13 months, passed in the arms of Jesus after battling numerous complications within her heart and body on Aug. 28, 2014. A visitation will be held from 6-9:00 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. A graveside service will take place at 11:00 a.m. at Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. She was born in Independence, MO on July 8th 2013 to Cris and Nova Franco. Cassandra is survived by four siblings, Clarissa, Nicole, Krishae, and Sharmane. Her paternal grandparents are Evangeline and Jerry Russell. Her maternal grandparents are Rita and Melencio Vergara. Cassandra provided an extreme amount of joy, happiness, and love to everyone around her. She was such a blessing to family and friends. Cassandra will forever be her parent’s adored and beloved baby girl, and the siblings’ baby sister. They will all rejoice once again in heaven.
