P. Michael Garcia

P. Michael Garcia, 17 of Independence, MO passed away Saturday, September 2, 2006 from injuries received in a car accident in Independence, MO. Cremation is planned with a memorial service to be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 9, 2006 at the Grain Valley RLDS Church. Michael was born April 21, 1989 in Independence, MO to Philip and Gaye (Wren) Garcia. He was currently a senior at Fort Osage Lewis & Clark High School. He was a member of Boy Scout troop #203 and the RLDS Church. He enjoyed listening to rap and hip-hop music and was loved by all of his friends and he will be greatly missed. He is survived by his mother Gaye Cartwright of the home; his father, Philip Garcia of Florida; grandparents, Barbara Wren of Independence, John Garcia of Kansas City, MO and Linda Layne of Lake Lotawana, MO; and an aunt, Joi Tittle; a uncle, Brett Wren and 4 cousins.
