Jessica Jessen Gardner, 18, of Oak Grove, MO passed away Saturday, October 18, 2003. Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, October 23, 2003 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, burial in Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 6 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, at the chapel. The family suggests contributions to the Grain Valley Choir and Drama Department or The Special Olympics. Jessica was born February 20, 1985 in Kansas City, MO. She graduated from Grain Valley High School in 2003. Jessica was a charter member of SADD, Future Teachers of America, Singers, and she volunteered with the Special Olympics. Jessica was a good sister and role model, and she had a strong faith in God. Jessica is preceded in death by her grandfather Jim Jessen, and her grandmother, Norma Jean Gardner.
