We are heartbroken to announce the death of our father, Orville Franklin Gentry. Frank passed away peacefully at the age of 82 on December 11, 2022. Our Dad enjoyed football but more specifically the Kansas City Chiefs. He was a season ticket holder around 40 years. He loved road trips, gooseberry pie, and homemade tacos. He was always ready to be silly and tell a joke. He also proudly served our country in the U.S. Navy.
He is missed by his children, Carrie, Travis David (Vicky); grandchildren, Travis Franklin, Taylor, and Avery. He traveled the world with his wife, Kay Burnison, children, Laura (Craig), Danielle (Joe), J.R.; grandchildren, Lauren (Shane) Mitchell, Kedric, Kennedy, and Mackenzie; great grandchildren, Rhett and Briar.
