LeeNetta "Jo� German, 83, of Independence, MO passed away Sunday, October 26, 2003 at her home. Services will be 2 pm Thursday, October 30th at George C. Carson & Sons Funeral Home; with interment in Mt. Washington Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 pm at the funeral home. Jo was born September 7, 1920 in Eureka Springs, AR. She worked several years for Tension Envelope, Sosland Envelope, and with her husband owned the Calico Cat Tavern in Fairmount.
Jo was preceded in death by her husband Forest German, and is survived by her son, Larry German of Independence, MO; grandchildren, Robert L. German, Donna Schafer, and Steven Schafer
