Charles Anthony “Tony” Germann, 53, of Independence, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2017. A visitation will be held Tuesday, June 20th from 6-8 p.m. with a memorial service on Wednesday, June 21st at 2:00pm, both at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055.
Tony is survived by his beloved wife of 23 years, Melynda; his children, Josh Davis, Mike Scott, Blaine Scott and Danielle Joyce; 6 grandchildren; his brother Brandon Dale and wife, Mary, brother Lonnie Germann, and his sister, Shannon Schoolfield and husband, Lyle. He is preceded in death by his mom, Charlene Hull.
Tony spent almost 20 years employed by Midas before working with his brother at KC Complete Automotive Services for the last 9 years. He loved working on cars of all kinds, but especially hot rods and restoring old muscle cars. He loved drag racing, camping and smoking meat for his family, but what he loved the most was his wife, Melynda.
