Eleanor Elaine Goodin (Fogelsong)

Eleanor E. Goodin, 79, Kansas City, MO, formerly of Mercer, MO, passed away July 15, 2017. A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on August 5, at White Oak Cemetery, Mercer, MO at a later date following cremation.
Eleanor was born Aug. 7, 1937 in Modena, MO and graduated from Princeton High School. She was a family farmer and co-owner of Goodin’s Package Store in Mercer. She had many friends and loved to visit with people.
Eleanor was preceded in death by her husband Jack Goodin, daughter Vicky Goodin, grandson Jeramy Gann and eight brothers and sisters. She is survived by sons Jack Goodin and wife Shirley, Blue Springs, MO; Rick Goodin and wife Jennifer, Maryville, MO; brother Clayton Fogelsong and wife Ann, George, WA; grandchildren Tracy Stucker and husband Don; Alex Goodin and wife Jaime; Paige Goodin, all of Blue Springs, MO; Marianna Letts, Ft. Hood, TX; great-grandchildren Madison and Connor Goodin and mother-in-law Ruth Fuller, Illinois City, IL.
