Dennis  Lee Goucher

Dennis Goucher, 63, of Kansas City, MO passed away Monday, January 4, 2016. A Memorial visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday, January 10, 2016 at Carson Speaks Chapel. Cremation will follow.
Dennis was born May 2, 1952 in Independence, MO as one of fifteen children to Ivan and Bernice (Williams) Goucher. He attended Fairmount Elementary and Nowlin Middle school. Dennis married Carolynn Sue (Green) on February 14, 1976. This jack of all trades worked numerous different jobs including junk yards, roofing, and cable technician, before settling on lawn care for over 20 years. He was an easy going man who loved his family.
Survivors include wife, Sue of the home; daughter, Tassie Elkins (Jeff) of Browning, MO; daughter, Kimberly Willis (Howard) of Independence, MO; son, Dennis “D.J.” Goucher, Jr. (Monica) of Kansas City, MO; stepdaughter, Kathy Habermehl of Kansas City, MO; grandchildren, Alissa, Dillon, Jeffery, Austin, Katie, Chad, Zoey, Shyann, and Martie; great grandchildren, Alvin, and Conner; siblings, Hazel, Pete, Kenny, Carol Arva, and Ronnie.
