Barbara Louise Graham (Morlan)

Barbara Louise (Morlan) Graham, 56 of Oak Grove, MO passed away Monday, June 13, 2016 surrounded by her loving family at her sister’s residence. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 17, 2016 at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO 64052. Burial will follow in Mt. Washington Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday evening at the chapel. Donations may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society. Barbara was born March 25, 1960 in Independence, MO to John and Pauline (Sellegren) Morlan and has been a lifelong area resident. She had worked very hard in her life in housekeeping and manufacturing plants. She was Baptist and attended Eastside Baptist Church. She loved and cared for her family of which she was very proud. She is survived by: 4 children, Jeremiah Graham of Kansas City, MO, Jedidiah Graham and wife Jamie of Oak Grove, MO, Jacob Graham and wife Francie of Independence, MO and Christian Graham of Oak Grove, MO; 3 sisters, Alexis Huddleston of Oak Grove, MO, Donna Morlan of Blue Springs, MO and Jennifer Morlan of Independence, MO; a brother, John Morlan of Independence, MO and 3 grandchildren, Isaiah, Alisha and Meadow and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
