Ruth A. Gray, age 61, of Independence, MO Passed away at her home on June 7, 2003. Services will be held at the George C. Carson & Sons Funeral Home, Tuesday, June 10, 2003 at 10:00 A. M. Visitation at the Funeral home from 7:00 P M until 8:30 P. M. Monday. Memorials may be made to the Kansas City Cancer Society; Burial will be in the Green Lawn Cemetery. Ruth was born June 4, 1942, in Kansas City, Mo. the daughter of Buford E. and Sally C. Howell Kinder. She is survived by Her husband James E. Gray, one son George W. Tripp Jr. of Warrensburg, MO, two daughters, Debra Girdner, Pensacola, Fla. Barbara Todd, of Warrensburg, Mo. one Granddaughter Mellissa Berry, one half sister Linda Pikey, Scott City, MO., one uncle Sonny Howell, Zalma, MO, two Aunts Irene Gill Cape Girardeau, Mo. and Ruby Black, of Lake Wapello, MO. She enjoyed Family, Hunting, Fishing, Wildlife, out doors, and Auto Racing.
