Paul E. Greathouse

Paul E. Greathouse, 70, Independence, MO passed away March 21, 2007 at his home. A memorial service will be held at 2 pm, Sunday, March 25, 2007 at Speaks Suburban Chapel; cremation. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time.
Paul was born April 12, 1936 in Tonganoxie, KS. He graduated from William Chrisman High School in 1954 and was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was a machinist at the Honeywell plant and retired in 1997. Following his retirement, he spent time helping others as he fixed T.V.�s and other electronics.
Paul was preceded in death by a son David Bruce Greathouse and a brother Carl Loren Greathouse. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Peggy Greathouse, of the home; sons Keith Greathouse and wife Eileen, Blue Springs, MO; John Greathouse and wife Jackie, Lee�s Summit, MO; brothers Lee Lunceford and wife Helen, Basehor, KS; Leo Van Nausdle and wife Marge, Des Moines, IA; sister Darlene Piper and husband Dutch, Seattle, WA; and grandchildren Jacob, Jamie, Jeremy, Matthew and Jillian.
The family would like to thank Kendallwood Hospice for their compassionate care during Paul�s illness.
