John F. B. "Jack" Green

John F. B. "Jack� Green, 85, of Independence, MO passed away Wednesday, April 6th at St. Mary�s Hospital in Blue Springs, MO. Memorial services will be 11:00 am Monday, April 11th at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service at 10:00 am. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Jack was born November 4, 1919 in Minden City, MI to Charles and Beatrice (Elder) Green. He retired from General Motors Fairfax plant after 26 � years of service. Popsy, as Jack was known to his family, was an avid Royals and Chiefs fan. Mr. Green was a Shriner and Mason. Jack is survived by his wife of 66 years, Beatrice (Campbell) Green of the home; son and daughter-in-law John F. "Jack� and Judi Green, daughter and son-in-law Paula G. and David Tunks, daughter Michele L. "Mike� Wilson, son and daughter-in-law Roger B. and Carol Green; 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; sister Lila Masterson.
