Patricia Ann Griffith, 77 of Slater, MO passed away Sunday, March 5, 2023 at Big Bend Retreat. Funeral service will be 2:00pm Friday, March 10, 2023 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Burial will follow in Buckner Hill Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m., until service time Friday at the chapel. Donations may be made in her name to St. Jude’s. Pat was born June 4, 1945 in Wheaton, MN to Sheldon and Ruth (Allison) Griffith. She graduated from Wheaton High School and then moved to Missouri where most of her siblings resided. She was a beloved mother, aunt, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved spending time with her family, especially those babies! Survivors include: Shannon Boling of Marshall MO and Mary Holt (Randy) of Slater, MO; Sister, Candy McKinney of Sibley, MO; 5 grandchildren, Ashley Hernandez (Ricky) of Oak Grove, Travis Holt of Slater MO, Kaylee Holt of Kansas City MO, Josh Boling (Wendy) of Marshall, MO, Samantha Squires (Seth) Excelsior Springs, MO; 6 great grandchildren, William and Bristol Hernandez and Raelynn, Darcy and Isabella Boling and Liam Squires. She was proceeded in death by 6 siblings, Shannon Allison, Sharon Butler, Jeff Griffith, Penny Riley, Janis Kelly, and her twin sister, Priscilla Mershon .
