Jerry David Gross

Jerry David Gross, 42, of Cleveland, MO, passed away, Wednesday, August 17, 2005 in Olathe, KS. Services will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, August 22, 2005 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. Burial will be in Mound Grove Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m., Sunday at the chapel. Jerry was born May 18, 1963 in Independence, MO to Jerry and Carolyn (Westwood) Gross. He had worked as a self-employed carpet layer for the past 3 years. He was a member Pleasant Prairie Baptist Church in Belton, MO. He was an avid catfisherman. Jerry married Lynette Olson on March 19, 1994 and she resides at the home. Other survivors include; 4 daughters, Paige Lynette Gross of the home, Jeri DeeAnn Gross and Lindsey Nichole Gross both of Overland Park, KS and Trista May Mosbauer of Warrensburg, MO; his parents, John and Carolyn Leibrecht of Independence, MO and Jerry and Shirley Gross of Lincolnton, NC; 6 siblings, John Leibrecht and Kimberly Harden of Independence, MO, Rick Gross of Castlerock, CO, Jeri Sue Gross and David Gross of Aurora, CO and Jimmy Gross of Perris, CA; maternal grandmother, Helen Owens of Independence, MO and paternal grandmother, Edith Dyer of Independence, MO.
