Louise Gross

Louise Gross, 92, of Independence, MO passed away Sunday, February 29, 2004 at St. Mary�s Hospital, Blue Springs, MO. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 5, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel with the burial at Mt. Washington Cemetery. The visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Thursday at the chapel. Louise was born on January 29, 1912 in Beloit, KS to Edward and Ida Peck. She was very proud of serving as a riveter, building planes during WWII. Mrs. Gross was also a long-time member of Trinity Church of the Nazarene. She is survived by her daughter, DeLoma Franks; Grandson, Dan E. Smith; Granddaughter, Cari Cummings with husband Tim; and Great- Grandchildren, Dylan James Smith, Tara DeLoma Smith, Sydni Cummings, Drew Cummings and Abby Cummings.
