Edna May Gutridge

Edna May Gutridge, 89, Kansas City, MO. died July 28, 2005 at Truman Medical Center Lakewood. A graveside service will be held 10 am, Monday, Aug. 1, 2005 at Lee�s Summit Historical Cemetery. The family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society. Edna was born May 5, 1916 in Independence, MO where she lived most of her life. She worked at Woolworth�s on the Square in Independence for many years and was a Red Cross Volunteer during WW II. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Gutridge in 1988 and two sisters. Edna is survived by daughter and son-in-law Judy & Tom Stephens, Osceola, MO; a son in North Carolina; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
