Christopher Allen Hachinsky, 19, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 16, 2022. Chris was born to Wade Hachinsky and Amy Hendricks on December 19, 2002 in Jacksonville, North Carolina.
As a young boy, Chris enjoyed spending time with his family and playing with his brothers. He was “all boy” and would try to keep up with his older brothers, sometimes to his detriment, but he would get back up and keep going. He spent many years learning valuable skills as a Cub Scout and, later, as a Boy Scout in Troop 366 in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. He earned his Life Scout and was a warrior in the great tribe of Mic-O-Say. He was a kind, compassionate, fun-loving, and colorful soul. He enjoyed listening to music, cooking, and was a talented artist. He played trumpet and drums and enjoyed creating hip-hop beats and had a soft spot for animals. He enjoyed skateboarding with his brothers, cousin, and uncle. He enjoyed going to Papa and Mema’s house for delicious family meals. He enjoyed spending time with his Nana at Barnes and Nobles Bookstore picking out books and having a smoothie, as well as family game nights. He enjoyed going on numerous vacations with his family and with his second family, the Delgados. He was deeply spiritual and spoke often about his relationship with God. He loved his family fiercely was always there to talk or help whenever any of his family or friends needed him. Chris will be missed beyond measure but will live on in the hearts and memories of his family and those who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his mother, Amy Hachinsky; father, Wade Hachinsky (Xiao Sun); brothers, Alexander, Andrew, and Curtis Hachinsky; grandparents, Dietra Hachinsky, Jeanne Curtis-Thompson (Bob), and Jerry Hendricks (Kathy); uncles, Jeff and Matt Hendricks (Jamie).
