Anne Hadley

October 23, 1951 — July 26, 2016

Anne Elizabeth Hadley, 64, passed away on July 26, 2016. A memorial service will be held at Epic Church, 19260 E. 50th Terrace South, at a time and date to be announced.

Contributions may be made to Epic Church or to Shriners Children’s Hospital in her honor.

Anne was born on October 23, 1951, in Independence, MO, to James Dickensheets and Caroline Barwise McBride. She graduated from Truman High School in the class of 1969, and later attended CMSU. She worked as a fleet specialist for the Federal Aviation Administration.

Anne had a great passion for line dancing. She grew so close to those she danced with and considered them as her family. She was a cancer survivor, and always remained positive. Her legacy on this earth will be the unending expression of support and inspiration she showed to others. She was a great source of love, light, and strength on which many others drew, and she will be dearly missed.

Her steadfast faith gave her strength in her last days and one of her last phrases was, "See you on the other side, guys".

Anne was preceded in death by her parents and infant brother, Paul Dickensheets. She is survived by her three children: Heather Jarvis-Gann (David), Jeremy Hadley, and Melissa Davis (James Harrison); six grandchildren, Liam Jarvis, Seth Jarvis, Dakota Davis, Trevor Davis, Bailey Harrison, and Gabe Harrison; siblings, Ray Dickensheets (Francie), Donna Maginness (Steve), Paula Zarrillo, and GayeLynn Manning; and numerous nieces, nephews, and her whole dance group.
