Carol Alyne (Lockhart) Hall, 79 of Independence passed away on December 5th, 2022. Carol was born in Laddonia, Missouri on February 1st, 1943, to Orville and Lillian Lockhart. Carol attended Mayview High School and then attended college for Restaurant Hospitality. Which eventually lead her to work as a Food and Beverage Manager at Stephenson and Hereford House for many years. There was no surprise that Carol loved the hospitality industry by the way she treated others. Her generosity and warm smile were evident to anyone who crossed her path.
Carol is preceded in death by; her parents; husband Paul (Gene); siblings Ray, Al, Bob, Janice, and Denise; Stepson Gary; Grandson Kale.
Carol leaves behind; her son Russ Heiple(Lorie), Dereen (Matt), Glen (Pam); brother Jim (Caroline); many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; a large extended family, and many friends.
Because of Carol’s love of animals her family has decided to donate all monetary donations to Wayside Waifs in her honor at, 3901 Martha Truman Rd., Kansas City, MO, 64137.
Visitation will be from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO, 64055, 816-373-3600. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday following the visitation at the funeral chapel.
