Rosemary Hall, 89, of Independence, MO passed away April 5, 2014. A visitation will be held from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at Carson Speaks Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 10:00 a.m. at the chapel. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Independence. Rosemary was born September 27, 1924 in Independence to William and Myrtle Anna (Lentz) Baldus as one of nine children. She graduated from William Chrisman High School and trained as a nurse in the Army Cadets. Rosemary married George Hall in the summer of 1946 and together raised two daughters. They were long time members of the Glenwood Park UMC for almost 60 years. She worked at Independence Regional as an RN for 40 years before retirement. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, and cross country travel with her husband. She is remembered as a strong loving parent.
Rosemary is survived by daughters, Mary Hall; Cheryl Ball and husband Danny; grandchildren Angela Ford, Greg Ball, and Denise Park; great grandchildren Madilyn Hall, Timberlie Park, Kyla Park, and Riley Ford. She was preceded in death by her parents, beloved husband and siblings, Loubelle Myrers, Ida Mae Baker, Anna Myrtle Manis, Coralie, Bob, Bill, Tommy, and Ernie Baldus.
