Thomas E. Hamilton

Thomas E. Hamilton, 92, of Oceola, MO passed away Saturday, July 30, 2005. Services will be 2 pm Tuesday, August 2nd at Carson-Speaks Chapel; with interment in Mt. Washington Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1 pm until service time. In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to Feed The Children Foundation. Thomas was born April 20, 1913 in Independence, MO to William and Ethel (Blatt) Hamilton. He was a WW II veteran, serving in the US Army. Thomas was a carpenter for many years, and built several houses in the Independence area. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents; wives; siblings; and sons, Lee Roy Hamilton and Ernest Thomas Hamilton. He is survived by his daughter, Ethel Marie Nussbaum of Oceola, MO; son, Charles Hamilton of Independence, MO; stepdaughter, Edna Marie Boyles of Oceola, MO; 22 grandchildren; 49 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
