Regina Ingborg Harmon, 70, Independence, MO passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2013.
Regina was born October 16, 1943 in the former West Germany, the daughter of Karl and Ruth E. (Oschlies) Stingl. At the age of 7, she moved with her family to the Independence area. Regina graduated from William Chrisman High School. She worked for the Independence Regional Health Center, the Jewelers Bench and later with Ameristar as a marketing supervisor. Regina enjoyed knitting, collecting things, and was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan. Most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and family.
Survivors include her children, Stephen Anderson and his wife Cherraine, Michael Anderson and wife, Dayna, Marie Ottens and husband David, Gina Anderson, and James Bowman; grandchildren, Stephen, Sierra, Laurynn, Jasmine, Anthony, Riley, Brittany, Tyler, Conner, Brandon, Anissa, Cale and Jacob; and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial visitation will be from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Speaks Suburban Chapel; 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055.
