Rebecca Jane Hatley, 62 of Raymore, MO passed away, Tuesday April 20, 2021 at the Belton Hospital. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, April 25, 2021 at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO 64052. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, April 26, 2021 at the Emmanuel Cemetery in Carthage, MO. Rebecca was born February 10, 1959 in Kansas City, Mo to Fred T. and Nancy (Whitehead) Cook and has been a lifelong area resident. She had worked as a housekeeper for the Adam’s Mark Hotel. She is survived by; her mother, Nancy Cross; brother, Lee “Floyd” Cook; a sister, Terry Louvier; her children, Crystal Loxsom, and William Hatley; grandchildren, Lacey Kroll, Michael Kroll, Edward Loxsom, Chad Hatley and Marla Young; her boyfriend, James Rieken and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by; her husband “William” Lenward Hatley, her father, Fred Cook, sister, Luzetta Hegwer, a brother, Fred Cook and a daughter, Mary Hatley.
