Robyn "Aunt Robby" Gale Hayes

Robyn “Aunt Robby” Gale Hayes, 57, of Independence, MO, passed away February 28, 2017. A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, March 2nd with a funeral service on Friday, March 3rd at 10:00 a.m., both at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Burial will follow at Lobb Cemetery. Robyn was born October 7, 1959 in Independence, MO to William and Norma Hayes. She graduated in 1978, from William Chrisman High School and had been a practice manager for many years for various medical offices. She is survived by niece, Tiffani Ward and her husband, Mike, along with their children Hunter, Tanner and Miley; nieces and nephew by choice, Carrie Geib and her husband Jon, Mandy Townsend; and Tyler Dinwiddie; great-niece by choice, Hailey; best friends and sisters by choice, Becky Calvert and Pat Townsend and her husband, Chuck; sister-in-law, Vickie Sanders and her husband, Derek special friends Mike and Sherria Burk and their daughter, Kaitlynn; special friends by marriage, Steve and Kay Moore; her beloved Chihuahuas, Abby and Paisley, as well as, aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Jerry, and little sister by choice, Kim Glynn. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Head for the Cure in memory of Kim Glynn, 2020 Baltimore Ave #201, Kansas City, MO 64108.
