Mary Ann Pauline Hayner, 76 of Independence, MO passed away, Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Centerpoint Medical Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at St. Mark’s Catholic Church, 3736 Lee’s Summit Road, Independence, Missouri 64055. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 10:00 a.m., until service time Tuesday at the church. Donations may be made to St. Mark’s Catholic Church. Mary Ann was born November 29, 1937 in St. Louis, MO to Joseph and Anna (Misbauer) Gudiswitz. She was a beloved wife, mother and homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Kenneth of the home; 4 children, Keith Hayner and wife Angie of Raytown, MO, Kevin Hayner, Linda Saultz and her husband Bob all of Independence, MO and Kim Ratliff and husband Kirk of St. Peters, MO; 2 brothers, Joseph Gudiswitz and wife Pat, and Carl Gudiswitz and wife Nancy all of St. Louis, MO; 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
